I can no longer find support/driver update for my laptop Pavilion dv6813tx from the HP website as before. Neither the auto detect could detect my machine.

 

Product: Pavilion dv6813tx

Hi:

 

I can't find it either.

 

What is the product code listed on the bottom of your notebook?

 

That can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

 

Let's see if that comes up with anything.
