TM2T Power Adapter Voltage

I checked the voltage on my HP power adapter. It is putting out 19.97 volts. The HP manual states the TM2t requires 18.5 volts. Will this higher voltage damage my HP TM2t?

No. It should be OK. The voltage specifications include a +/- 10% tolerance range.
