Above is an example of one of my problems.  The cursor jumps to a different part of the screen.

The screen often changes unheeded and shows me  something i didn't ask for.

 

To write an important message sometimes takes so long that I turn to my old Dell desktop for stability.

 

All in all this laptop is so sensitive that it is very difficult to work with.

 

It took a long time to send this message. And I am chary of buying another HP.
