tX2000 NOT LOADING UPDATES

My wife purchased a tx2050 in the UK in August last year.

 

We are battling to load HP Health Check updates, and other software updates. The pc either just does not load and gives no error message, or states that we are not "authorised" to run the software.

 

What can we do?.

Sorry to hear that, hope you have warranty on the machine because calling HP and getting them to sort out this problem is your best bet.
