23" TouchSmart crashes often; does not reboot consistently

Product:                             HP TouchSmart 610-128qd

 

Operating System:          Windows 7 64-bit

 

Error Messages:              Hard drive Connection Test Fail  Error Code:   3F0

                                            

                                            ReaHek Pcle GBE Family Controller Series vc. 35 (06/14/10)

                                            PXE-E61 : Media test failure, check cable

 

                                             PXE-M0F, Exiting PXE ROM

                                             Error: No boot desk has been dectested or the disk has failed.

 

I have only had this new PC system five (5) days; I need immediate technical assistance.
