After windows update, the touch smart screen when I touch home does not come up,

After updating, I am apparently missing part of the program where you can touch the home emblem and the screen comes up where I can flick it with my finger to bring up pictures, games etc.  Do I have to download something?

Please provide the model number and product number of the desktop.

Your note book is missing two letters after HP TX2000-?? and you did not mention operating Windows ? 64 bit. Solution is provided on your computer's webpage. Click on updates failed to install. I took a wild guess. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/searchResults?product=3665126&tmp_qt=+new+updates&tmp_product=HP+...
