CD/DVD STUCK on DESKTOP TOUCHSMART

I gave a new hp pc 300 desktop touchsmart model to my syster and she entered the cd wrongly.

When I press eject it tries to eject it but the cd is stucked there, I tried to use windows eject, it tries and it doesnt eject it.

Then I looked in your help and it talks about a small hole to be pressed with a clip, I dont see that on any place. Then

I restarted it tried everything again and it does not work.

This tochsmart just has the eject button....

Please is neww I really need help....

Hi Anita,

For the TouchSmart 300 you might have to take out the ODD to find the mechanical eject "pin hole".  Here are the instructions: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=c01955513
