Cannot pair the new wireless mouse

I had an Elite  wireless keyboard and mouse. Mouse died and has been replaced with a new one (exact same product numer as was the old one) Now I cannot pair the new mouse with the dongle. I pushed several times the connect button on the mouse, but nothing happens. The keyboard work fine. OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

(Dongle : RX137A, Mouse RM137A , Keyboard RK137A)

Any suggestion ?

Hi,

You can follow the steps mentioned in the link below and try:

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for the mouse. Here is the link:

Re: Cannot pair the new wireless mouse

Hi,

Let me tell a similar story: I've got 4 Logitech M705 mice and one M705 which I bought as a set (MK710) with a keyboard. Each other 4 mice has its own receiver and other set has one receiver. The 5th M705 only works with the receiver for both itself and the keyboard, can not swapping around.

You may end up have to buy a whole set or your have to use 2 receivers.

Just FYI.
