Connecting my TouchSmart 600 TV Tuner to my HDTV

I am trying to connect my tv and my computer to stream together. I have an HP TouchSmart 600. I have set it up and can watch live tv and watch internet tv, but now we can not get anything on our tv. I am not sure if we have it set up wrong or what. We have the coaxil cable going straight from the wall to the pc and we have the red, yellow, and white cables (not sure what the correct name for it is, sorry) connected to the tv and pc. I am thinking something is obviously wrong, but I have no idea what I am doing and no set up guide came with the pc. Any help would be appreciated.

The Touchsmart 600 doesn't have a decent way to output video to a TV, you would need to buy a USB to HDMI adapter from elsewhere.

HOW DID YOUGET THE ORIGINAL CONNECTION TO WORK? WHEN IT SCANS FOR A TUNER IT DOES NOT FIND ANY.

All I done was hooked the coaxil cable straight from the wall to my PC and it found the connection. Now I just need to figure out how to connect the pc to the hdtv and i will be happy. As of right now it is either TV on the HDTV or on the PC.

You'll need to buy a 3rd party product as was mentioned above, there is no built-in way for your model Touchsmart desktop to output to a TV, they weren't designed for that.

Is there any risk of damaging the TouchSmart computer when you do this?

I have no idea why you think you would damage your PC this way
