Angie,

Welcome to the forum. 

 It will be much more likely to get a good answer if we have more information about your computer.  What is the model number?  I tried looking up the drive, but had no luck. If you could supply more information someone could probably help.

It is an all in one touch smart 520-1070.

The link below will take you to the product specifications for your TS 520-1070.  If you open up the CD/DVD Disc Drive section, you will notice that there is no mention of lightscribe.

 

I looked a little deeper and found that to be correct.  HP listed that unit that as a  "nonLS" unit.

 

Sorry for the bad news, but that's what my investigation found.
