Does my TouchSmart 300 have AMD ATI Stream and NVIDIA® CUDA enabled graphics cards? I am looking to purchase some video editing software and the following is part of the system requirements...
ATI Stream® and CUDA™ acceleration only available with AMD ATI Stream and NVIDIA® CUDA enabled graphics cards

Here are the specs for your HP TouchSmart 300-1020 Desktop Computer. Based on the specs, your system has integrated AMD/ATI HD 3200 graphics. The nearest I can tell, ATI Stream is available on HD 4000 series and higher graphics cards. This means it is unlikely that your 300-1020 will support the software with acceleration. Since the graphics system isn't NVIDIA, there is no chance for CUDA support.

Yes, you can upgrade some of the components of your system;
Supports the following processors:
AMD Athlon X4 600e and 605e (P)
AMD Athlon X3 400e and 405e (R)
AMD Athlon X2 235e and 240e (R)
Memory upgrade information:
Dual channel memory architecture
Two DDR3 SO-DIMMs (200-pin) sockets
PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333)
PC3-8500 (DDR3-1066)
Non-ECC memory only, unbuffered
Supports 2GB DDR3 SO-DIMMs
Maximum memory only if using 2GB DDR3 DIMM modules
Supports up to 8 GB on 64-bit PCs*
Supports up to 4 GB** on 32-bit PCs
Integrated* ATI Radeon HD3200
One MXM graphics socket (for MXM graphics card included on selected models)
* Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
Interface: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics integrated onto motherboard
Memory: Shares memory with system (not user adjustable)
Think of your system as a laptop built on a stand... basically, it is not meant to be upgraded. You have a choice of limited low-end CPUs to upgrade to... and an MXM graphics card compatible with your system will have to come from HP and will be very expensive. Not really worth the time, effort or money involved.
