HP 2760p Pen Input is Inverted; Bluetooth Not Working

[ Edited ]

I have a HP 2760p (i5-2520M @ 2.50GHz||4GB DDR3 @ 1333MHz||Intel HD Graphics 3000||320GB SATA II @ 7200 rpm ||Win 7 Pro x64).  Recently I have been experiencing some issues, the worst of which is a touchscreen problem.

I'm not sure what caused these issues but my pen input was not working properly at all. I don't recall installing anything or changing any settings which may relate to this issue. I have uninstalled/reboot etc. related drivers and then reinstalled/reboot etc. The pen input is better now, but not good. It works in laptop mode and at 0 degree rotation in tablet mode, but as soon as I rotate it in tablet mode (at 90, 180, and 270 degrees) the Up/Down Left/Right pen input is inverted. In all instances, the buttons on the pen do not work and neither does the eraser - tested on two pens. These options are enabled in control panel, as well as the programs I am using. Pen ink also looks horrible and super low-res.

Touch input was also not working proper, but seems good now.

I have also been experiencing issues with Bluetooth. All my added devices have disappeared. I have tried to add new ones but they are never found. Bluetooth is enabled, set to automatic in services.msc, and set to not be disabled to save power.

I can't do a system restore because there are only two restore points, both from Feb. 8th,2012, for some reason.  Well I had originally posted this on another forum a few days ago.  There are still only 2 restore points, both are from the 11th this time.  How can I make it save more than this?

Any help is appreciated, I use this everyday at school. Thanks in advance!
...also, I somehow managed to put this in the wrong section...
