HP Convertible Table Notebook TM2-2150CA50CA 12.1 Inch

Sir/Madam,

I bought my unit on-line through Amazon.ca. After a year of used, the Hard Disk was damaged and have replaced it with new part. However, when my laptop was repaired, the touchsmart features was corrupted and totally erased from the computer.

Please help how can I restore the touchsmart features originally installed in my computer.

Back up your data first!

Try running a recovery from the partition (F11 when the system starts up) - but back up your data first, this will erase your data. If you just got it back from service, you may not have your data on it yet.

or

Go the web page for your PC on Hp.COM and download the drivers.

by the way - this is the Desktop TouchSmart Forum, you may want to repost to the Notebook side
