I can't find HP MEDIASMART DVD on my computer (Hp Touchsmart 520-1000 with Windows 7 64-bit). why? :smileysad: I would like to use it to watch Blu-ray films... :smileywink:

Hello sere:

             :smileyhappy: I am not sure how touchsmart version 4 software works. If you can or able to go to all programs it will be in HP file folder on list. You can also open up recover manger and click on recovery drives and software and reinstall it. When I got my Touchsmart 600- 1050. I had to installed missing software amerber light, keyboard indicater and a few more missing software. If it is not listed in recovery.
