There is not such thing or similar as 'HX2LP' under my USB controllers... 

 

What should I do now?

         Welcome to HP forum.  You know what you left out three most important information we need in order for us every day HP computer users to help you out. We need your Computer's model number, Operating System and bits. Classic example: Mine is HP Touchsmart 600-1050  Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit Touchsmart Version 3 software. My Lap-top is HP DV7-6135dx Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. By given us this information it tells what you are using for computer so we can look up things up and cross reference it. Makes it so much easier to help you. Can you please repost and add more details to as what you are trying to do. Thank You frrw.
