Help! My HP touchsmart (IQ506) keeps opening up in the music portion!

my IQ506 is acting up.  suddenly the music/media portion of the HP advisor is popping up.  When i close the touchsmart portion, the media/music section comes up.  also, the upper bar that normally allows you to navigate back to the desktop is missing.  Help!

Uninstall HP Advisor unless you really need it.

 

I have more HP devices than you'd expect.
1 HP TouchPad 32 GB with Android
2 HP Touchsmarts (310-1000z and IQ527)
2 HP Printers (J6480 and J5750)
1 Laptop (HP DV6253CL)

Have at least some experience in each of those devices, and i'll do my best to help you.

So does mine. I have had to unstall the software as it was getting on my nerves, and have tried to reinstall it and it is still doing the same thing. does anyone have a solution to this problem ?
