How do you adjust the contrast on a Touchsmart?

Been spending a while trying to figure this out.   I can adjust the brightness with the keyboard but not the contrast.

I have the tx2-1275dx. I do not see nvidia on my right click of the screen or in control panel.

 

I am running windows 7 64bit

After I had used fn+f10 to adjust the brightness, it had not been saved.

The 100% brightness came up again after the screen turned off by screen saver or power off.

Any idea how to save the setting?
