I have had to change my hard disc. Where can I donwload the original TouchSmart software please?

I havae had to install a new hard disc and wish now to re-install the HP Touch Smart software - any version please! Can anyone assist. Thank you.

Please identify your TouchSmart PC with its p/n and the operating system.

Erico, I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. The TouchSmart is iq 522. Thanks for your interest.

There should be a label on your TouchSmart PC that has a p/n.

You may also find it in the HP Support Assistant windows at the bottom.

It is also in the first window of the BIOS at the bottom.

 

What are the two letters at the end of IQ522? They will further specify which IQ522 model you have.

If you created the Recovery disk set then you should be able to install the software fromr he recovery manager. There should be an option that says install software and drivers.
