Hello Elenita.

           They work great. First read your directions for setting it up. Ounce you set it turn on power. You will be following a set up wizard it will help you and guide you through setting up software. Ounce that is set up now you will be able to explored it. Remember this you can use touch drag to screen double tap to open thing. Hp has many how to do thing guides and videos. Plus Microsoft has installed guides as well plus you have help and support. Get in bind contact HP Derect  Support  using HP Support Assistant .
