Has anyone found a way to fix the wireless issue on the IQ775?
My wireless and touchscreen only worked for about 6 months after taking the computer out of the box (sat in the box in a closet for almost a year ). I have owned it now since i beleive 2008 and have had to buy a wirless USB adapter to connect wirelessly to the internet. More recently in the last couple months the USB's have began to fail now im down to only one of them working. Last week I had to take it in to Compusa because it was extremely slow and found out it needed a new harddrive. (I barely use the thing how does the HD go out). Anyways i asked the tech to look into why the USB's are not working and why the wireless is not working. He said the USB's looked intact but he did clean them and they began to work (They are already starting to not work, getting USB not recognized warning). He said he couldn't find why the wireless wasn't working he said the drivers were installed but it wasn't anywhere to be found in the device manager. Cost me close to $200 to change the harddrive and still no wireless, touchscreen, or more than 1 USB port. I bought a Sony VAIO all-in-one and have never had a problem with it.
