Are you using the notebook driver? While HP markets the TouchSmart as a desktop computer, it runs on notebook hardware...
Please post rather than send me a Message. It's good for the community and I might not be able to get back quickly. - Thank you.

Try this link, follow the steps and you'll get the nvidia drivers installed.
However I ended up re-installing the HP Vista x64 Drivers "Fall 2008 Original NVIDIA Unified Graphics Driver" instead because My screen would still flicker even after installing the latest nvidia drivers. If you get this issue too on the iq510uk then I suggest you try the following (only if you have issues with the nvidia drivers)...
To install the HP Vista x64 Supplied Graphics driver you need to first download the driver for your Touchsmart PC (IQ510UK) then use winrar or winzip to extract the driver. Then navigate to the "src" directory nad then run the setup.exe from there and that will install the Graphics driver..
Once you've done all that then downlaod and install all the Windows 7 drivers available for you IQ510uk from HP downlaod and support... Touchsmart 3.0 will only run on Windows 7 and is a huge improvement on 2.8 (Vista Version)
