Obnoxiously loud fan noise problem.

Hi I have a HP Touchsmart 600 for about a year and a bit now and its been emitting loud and long (for about 10-20 sec) fan noises with a 20 sec gap in between each blast. Any idea on how to reduce/calm down the PC? Not a very good place for the fans right on top of the PC.

Did the BIOS update, nope still as loud as ever, and it now goes of like every 10 secs.

The fan clean link goes to laptops, that does not really help
