Operating language of Windows 7.

Hi all. I'm in Belgium now and wish to buy a TouchSmart all-in-one PC. However, the default language setting of Windows 7 here is in Dutch. The shop keeper told me that when I start using the computer, I'll be given a choice for installation language. But how can I be sure that after I choose English for installation then the operation system will be entirely in English? Thank you for your reply.

You need Windows 7 Ultimate to be able to do this as shown in the following link.

No, I'm not looking for way to change the language of Windows 7 after I start using the computer. I'm interested in if I choose the language of installation in English, will the windows becomes entirely in English after I finish the installation. Or maybe my explanation is not that clear? 0.0"

Hi,

You have to buy English version of Windows 7 first unless it is Windows 7 Ultimate. Normally the OS is preloaded on your machine.

Hi. I bought a computer from HP yesterday. When I first switched it on, there's an option for me to choose which language that I want the OS to be and that choice can never be changed after that (stated at the bottom part of the window). So I chose English and am really happy about it. I think there were three other options: Dutch, French and one that I can't recognise... Anyway, thank you so much for your answer. ^^
