Remove pictures

Hey, when I use TouchSmart software to view my pictures, I want to permanetly delete some picture I do not want to keep. However, I did not see this function,  The samething for music, video as well. can you help me how can I do it?

I haven't actually tried this yet, but according to the HP Manuel, wouldn't it be considered "editing or deleting an added tile?" I think it would work for the photos anyway.  Open HP ToucdhSmart and tap the PERSONALIZE button. Select PENCIL icon next to the shortcut you want to change.  Enter your changes.  In the ENTER TARGET LOCATION box,enter the URL or path and then the tile names of the program or Web site by using the touch keyboard or your physical keyboard.  SELECT to use the program icon or BROWSE to select another icon OR SELECT DELETE THE TILE and tap Yes.  Tap OK.  This does not delete your program, only the shortcut from the Tile View in HP TouchSmart.

If you're able, you might also want to try the www.snapfish.com site, since this seems to be the recommended site by HP in the manuel for photo work.

Delete the files from your pictures folder. The touchsmart software simply looks in your Picture folder and displays whatever is in the folder and subfolders. Click Start - Pictures.

Yes, I know how to delete picture regularly from the folder. I just think it would be much easier to delete what you do not want from Touchsmart.

Also, when I modified the picutre, I would like to keep the original and save the new one as well. However, it seems you cannot keep the original anyway. Am I wrong?

I had no delete button in my HP picture viewer either when I first got my PC last week.  After an update was installed, they magically appeared.
