Hi I'M having trouble with my computer i just recently got it back from you guys because there was a problem with the hard drive, and now the screen is cracked and has black spots, ever since it's been warm out my computer hasn't been working great, I am still on the guarantee, so I would like to get this fixed please, also my volume panel isn't functioning either, Thank you i will be waiting for your response. Hello,
Have you tried to contact HP support line again, because of that problem with the LCD? If you still have warranty on your unit, that is the best thing you need to do!
