          Found your excess link page for ordering parts. My Internet Explorer sure did not like it. Froze up on me and crash. Managed to get the link coppied before crash. http://h20141.www2.hp.com/hpparts/partsdirectory/catalog_solutions_EMEA.htm On the left side you will see Middle East clink on it the next page should bring up Middle East ordering page for your country. You can also e-mail them for information on getting recovery discs for your computer. That option is located at bottom of this page as well.

        My Touchmart 600-1050 has a full factor recovery short cut key. Press F-11 and hold down this as you turn on your computer before windows sreen is displayed. Have you tried this recovery method yet?  Please let me if you are still having troubles getting your recovery disk. This page is in English also.  It has been a pleasure helping you out.
