MB F01 supports CPU up to Intel® Core-i7-860 2.8G Lynnfield 1156 with Max TDP 95W.
But replacing CPU in this kind of unit requires good PC skills, unit tear down knowledge and obeying of safety and ESD precautions. Would be better to have an IT professional to perform it. Also consider the Warranty conditions may be broken if you will change non CSR component inside the unit.

Hi do you know anyone that has added the recommended Radion HD graphic card to the 610 1010uk? I assume it's a case of inserting the card and connecting the monitor to it, however, I've not worked on an "all in one" before.

This is not that simple as on the MT desktop.
If you would like to add MXM graphics to AiO with on board graphics you would need to replace also Thermal module , the LVDS cable and to add MXM card bracket.
But looking into the configuration on support web your unit should be structured with 1GB discrete graphic card. Or not??
If you are not familiar with unit tear down procedure, capable of complying with ESD protection i recommend you to let an IT specialist to do the job if you decide to go for it.

I don't think think it has a discrete card as the product spec says "integrated intel HDgraphics" which I interpret as the processor.
