I have a IQ506 and there are areas of the screen that work on and off. I have calibrated it and downloaded the latest drivers. What could cause intermitent issues? It is a pure install. no extra programs have been installed.

I would launch Hardware diagnostics, it is found under PC Help and Tools on the start menu and run the test for the screen that has you block out little boxes on the screen. If that fails, call support 1-800 HP INVENT.
