Touchsmart PC 300 - 1140 IN

Hi : I have recently bought a new HP Touchsmart 300 PC.  I was trying to load some SW using a CD and post the installation, my CD seems to have got stuck.  Am unable to remove the CD from the drive.  Any suggestions on what can be done?

Try the steps in this document. It is not technically for your model, but I think the steps should still work:
