Hi:
Below is the link to the motherboard specs for your PC.
Memory upgrade info is listed.
Below is the link to the upgrading manual which will give you the procedures to install the memory.

Thank you very much: I found i have one slot with one card of 4 GB. I'd like to upgrade my memory to 6 or 8 GB, do you suggest me to add more cards at the the other free slot actually present or totally replace the memory actually installed with a new bigger one or 2 bigger but equal in size and type?

You're very welcome.
Depending on how much you want to spend, since you have 4 memory slots, you can fill them all and have 16 GB of memory or you can fill one with a 4 GB and have 8.
I would not install a 2 GB chip because then your PC's memory will not run in DDR mode.
You need matching size memory modules to run in DDR mode.
So, you can install:
4 GB + 4GB + 4 GB + 4 GB and have 16 GB of memory running in DDR mode,
or:
You can install:
4 GB + 0 GB + 4 GB + 0 GB and have 8 GB of memory running in DDR mode.
You do not need to remove the existing 4 GB memory.
Just get the additional memory of the same specification as the one in your PC.
They do not have to be the same brand, just the same specifications.

totally perfect answer! my last question: assuming I'll leave the existing 4gb module in place, if I'm going to buy 1 or 2 other 4gb modules in which slot should I put them? Makes any difference?

Hi:
You have to buy one or three 4 GB memory modules to keep DDR mode.
Using the picture below, I assume your current memory chip is in one of the black slots closest to the processor, correct?
If you buy one 4 GB chip, you need to install it in the other black slot.
If you insist on only 2 x 4 GB chips, then you would install the one chip in the empty black slot, and the second chip in the blue slot closest to the processor.
I do not recommend that approach. Buy one or three, and either fill both black slots, or all 4 slots.
Best Regards,
Paul
