Webcam problem

I have got a HP Touch Smart IQ 515uk desktop PC with windows vista home premium as operating system.

My problem is that when I am using the Touch Smart programme and go to video the webcam button below shows but cannot be clicked. The webcam works ok under Notes. What could be the case and what can I do to get the webcam working properly under video?

There is an update for the TouchSmart Webcam, if you have not already installed it.
