Oh, are you talking about the three USB ports that are underneath a cover on the left side of the system? Those are always included. If you remove the cover they will be there. There are also two USB ports towards the bottom left side of the system.

 

The only optional input/output ports (I think) are those included in the game console--the video display inputs, including the HDMI.

 

May I ask if there's a certain task you're trying to do with your computer? If you let us know what purpose you are trying to use the input/output ports for we might be able to help more easily.
