Why does SandyD keep moving iq5/7/800 related threads from this touchsmart forum?

I've posted some issue that relates to my iq508a and windows 7, in particular the standard windows 7 graphics driver doesn't work all that well with it and found the solution was to apply the vista x64 related driver to my model iq508a which is available for download from hp download.  I posted it here in touchsmart forum so that I could share this with other potential Touchsmart users, and SandyD then moves it to the windows 7 beta and test forum?

why?

SandyD, you might as well move every thread here in touchsmart to the Windows or the Hardware forums, most problems here relate either to the Operating system/configuration or something Hardware related...

Can I request that in future if you SandyD or any other forum admin do move threads, could you then please provide a specific reason why you moved it?

Cheers

Jim

Hi JimT,

Thanks for visiting the Consumer Support Forums!  I understand your concern over the moving of your thread.  Most OS and hardware questions related to Touchsmart PCs still belong in this forum.  We're simply moving Windows 7 topics to the Windows 7 forum during this beta period.

While most people that visit this forum have experience with Touchsmart PCs, few will have experience with Windows 7.  By moving it into the Windows 7 forum, the smaller percentage of community members with the most Windows 7 experience will be able to better assist you.  However, a link to your thread will remain in this forum as well to direct members to its new location.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to send me a Private Message, or post them here.
