Re: Windows live movie maker

Hello viassandria:

Thanks to HP's cheep skate  software . You need to upgrade HP Media Smart DVD software. No matter if you install codes from other software companies . HP Media Smart DVD blocks it. Not fair of HP doing this. I downloaded several different media players even though they have the codes I needed to watch DVD's it won't let me open the DVD discs. Download cost last time I checked was over $124.00 . http://www.cyberlink.com/prog/update/v2/update.jsp?fileTypeId=1&PRODUCTNAME=TouchSmart&PRODUCTVERSIO...__  $99.95 here is the link for the upgrade.  I my self just bought an old used computer that had preinstalled movie player on it.  Depends on you and how much more money do you want to spend. If this is your only computer you have you do not have much choice. How wonderfull HP is this and other issue has left me to go to Apple computer 's . So when my HP's computers dies I will never own another HP computer. What a shame. You would think HP would have included this bundle with the computer as other computer companies do and keep customers Imagine buying an update? Thank You HP for nice  computer to bad people can't use it because your company is to cheep. Wait till I post about my HP DV7 lap-top. I for warned HP technical support.  Ounce you download the upgrade you should be all set. Best of luck.
