YOU GUYS AS REPS

First off everytime I call its a middle eastern person. Then I called 6 times and got no help, when I ask to speak to a supervisor the women hung up on me, then I get a guy who doesn't respond when I ask "are u still there". Left on hold for 45 mins. Well maybe I'm the dumbass for waiting that long, but I just wanna get my touchsmart up and running so I can start school. Now they send me a new hard drive I install it and all I want is help setting up my operating system with my recovery disk. He leaves me on hold for another 20mins to tell me one his colleagues will be calling me back to help set up...... I'M WAITING! And its been 2 weeks **bleep**!

Hmm...new drive installed. Okay if you need a system recovery, and have the discs...

1. Have you inserted disc 1 upon boot and restarted the computer after inserting the 1st disc  to see if it promts you to boot from the disc for your install/reinstall?

2. If your new drive has been installed correctly, are your jumpers set to "master" on the back?

3. have you checked bios to make sure you are booting from that hard drive?

4. If none of these apply, what  exactly is it that you do see when you boot?

Erm?? Whom are you refering to?? Obviously not able to comprehend that THIS is the HELP forum and has NOTHING at all to do with the SUPPORT line you rang, well?? Try again because if you ask PROPERLY these NICE people here will help you with anything that is in there remit. {Content Removed}
