I just loaded new black and color ink cartridges. I ran the test for alignment and that page printed fine, actually ran it twice and got the printout also, then the printer stopped picking up the paper I guess as I got an "Out of paper" message even though there is paper. Have taken the paper out, and put it back in, powered down and back up, took the back off to check for jams...nothing jammed. I think the roller that picks up the paper is malfunctioning. Is this something I can fix? I invested 45.00 in those print cartridges and don't want to have to buy a new printer!
