Re: error BTTray

I think some of the files related to the bluetooth device drivers might got corrupted. I suggest you download the updated Blue tooth drivers from the following weblink to resolve the problem:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software11/COL30069/pv-74735-2/sp44368.exe

Re: error BTTray

The link provided doesn't fix the problem -- says I don't have the minimum system requirements so it's unable to update.

Very frustrating -- any other options?

Thanks

Re: error BTTray

The earlier given link does not support your model. Please try the drivers from the following weblink which supports your model:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL37077/pv-91083-1/sp51888.exe

Re: error BTTray

I suggest you try uninstall all bluetooth related software from Programs and Features of Control panel. Also, try uninstalling them from device manager. Then install the SoftPaq given and restart the system.

If the issue persists, try to uncheck BTTray from Startup tab of MSCONFIG.

Re: error BTTray

Hi,

I have the same problem!  I have a TouchSmart 600-1050 All-in-one.  I recently got this error.

I never used Bluetooth, but would like to do so with my new HTC Thunderbolt phone.

Thanks for your help.

I'm a little concerned about deleting drivers and Bluetooth related programs.  Can you explain what to do in a bit more detail?

Thank you so much!

Best,

Howard
