Please try explaining that again a bit differently and in more details, that sentence really doesn't make a lot of sense, things like Which Programs? and When did this start? are very helpful.

problme happed more than 2 manthes

by mastke i think clik in 1 program in sharing so all disctop short cut and start programes all linked

so when open 1 program it dowenload again

and same of them open and dowenload directly aftor open the windows

to avoid this must go to programes file in c open programes and doubleclik on program ex to open
