Hi yiyifefa:

              Welcome to HP forum. I just typed this in my Internet Explorer using Bing search engine. I am not an expert by any means just a user. I never used this. http://www.scanerrors.com/?t202id=214717&t202kw=0x80004001  It says it is the fix for error code 0x80004001. The rest of websites listed keep sending me back to this cleaner. Just elsewhere to download it from. If it fails just uninstall it and do a back date recovery.

           This will work for sure call 1-800-642-7676 ask for tech support . Microsoft phone number. That PC cleaner does nothing and cost money. The above phone cost nothing.
