how to install hp mediasmart

i need to install hp mediasmart on my computer  hp touch smart 61-1100me

i cant locate the programe and i dont know how to install it

Hello NAJJAROSAMA:

           How are you? Well I had no luck in searching for recovery disk. I did find a lot of information about your computer and a little bit about Qartar. I searched using Saudi Arabia HP web-site. Least you can order hardware for your computer in Saudi Arabia. I found your update page but I think you need orginal software installed first. Least that's how it works here in USA.

       I have a queston for you? What happened when you inserted your recovery discs you made from your computer? Did it automatically start recovery? What happened?

      The reason I am asking you this is that you might be able to excess the disc and reinstall HP mediasmart from the disc it's self. To bad they did not provide a recovery section for your computer. To excess a disc click on my computer. Click on DVD drive Witch in USA  (E.) drive select open in new window veiw files. Locate the HP mediasmart file click on the file select install or open file to veiw there will be an insulation file that says Insulation.exe open that file click run. Unfortunate our downloads will not work outside of our countries.
