hptv.exe application error

i have hp touch smart IQ522sc. after formate and i installed all drivers from www.hp.no but the tv application did not started and it show me this message allways (the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) click ok to close the application). I hope to get help from you to fix this error?

          Here is one link resolving error 0xc0000022 http://www.opssys.com/instantkb/article.aspx?id=10176 Just type in your Internet Explorer search box error 0xc0000022 and you will see more links and different solutions on how to fix this error. Thank you. frrw.
