my touch smart 310-1020 won't turn on. (1200 Views)

my touch smart 310-1020 won't turn on.

When I push the on button on the right side there is a blue light that comes on and should stay on to show its up and running, but only flashs once and never comes on.  Also if I hold the button down for several seconds it will flash 3 separate times and then stop. Is this possibly a code telling me what to check.  With the power cord connected the power light stays on showing on the back side so there is power.  So something is stopping the power from reaching the mb or is there possibly something on the board burnt out.   Anyt thoughts or suggestions is appreciated..
