Hi Hope anyone can help.. i have a touchsmart 300 on windows 7 , but when in the touchsmart photo suite i cant upload to snapfish from the tab on the menu as it comes up with incorrect password ( which it isn't ) then says no internet connection ( which there is ) as all the other browsers are working fine !! just annoying . 

please help someone

Hello cheftaylor:

          My guess is your computer is out of time sink with website. Click 0n your clock. Change date and time settings Then click on Internet Time then click change settings you want this server [ time-nw.nist.gov] Click Update Now. Then click ok.  Close out what ever Date and Time windows are still open. Now you should be able to log into Snap Fish. Also do this same procedure for NetFlex. You might also down load Fire Fox Internet Browser seeing Internet Explorer 9 still has issues witch Microsoft still to this day have not corrected. Internet Explorer 9 use that just for surfing but when interacting with website use Fire Fox http://firefox.com-share.net/download.php?t202id=1804&c1=firefox&c2=firefox&t202kw=firefox%20downloa....

      Save your self from downgrading Internet Explorer 9 to Internet Explorer 8. You can also down load Sarfari as well  http://www.apple.com/safari/ but with this down load it will run an update and down load Quick Time Player and Itunes.

       As far as signing into Snap Fish you my have to make a new account now that you can connect. I recieved simlar error as you have but they were from Media Center and Netflex. I hope my suggestions works for you as well. Please let us know. Thanks frrw.
