I would like the table(or digital pen) would work on my touch smart computer(610-1031F).
I would like to use that for drawing/painting...on touch screen mostly and some writing.
I saw few products online from HP. They don't really explain much...and i can't really compare how those products work differently. they show compatable products and i am not too sure they will only work for those specific products or touch smart prodect in general.

The answer is "none of them"
The Touchsmart desktop line does not use pressure sensitivity for the "touch" functionality, they user an infrared emitter array around the outside edges of the screen, in fact you don't need to ever touch the screen for it to work, test it out, it detects the "touch" about 1/8" above the surface of the display.

Thanks for your response! it was very helpful.
I am trying to find way of paint directly on the monitor (like tablet) in program like Photoshop..etc.
I notice 2 main issues. (if there's no device would work)
1. My figure is not sharp enough that i need to use pen(i find any pointed object would work-now i understand why it works! thanks to you!) and if i rest my hand on screen, it detects both, my palm and finger/pen.
2. When i try to paint on screen and drag my figure across the screen, it recognize this motion as "panning"
Is there way? certain setting? or tablet pen?

No, as stated above a pen would make no difference, what you want doesn't really work with this touch method, there's no setting that will ever make these "touch sensitive" This method of touch detection is brilliant for many reasons, but it will not replace something such as a Wacom tablet for drawing.
You really want a tablet that uses a pressure touch, not a Touchsmart desktop.
