I suggest using a USB-to-video device such as the eVGA UV Plus+ 19. It connects to an open USB 2.0 port on your computer and outputs video in DVI or VGA using an included adapter. If your AIO computer has a touch screen, the device may interfere with the touch feature. If you just have a keyboard and mouse, it should work fine.

You can also use the USB to 1 of 3 outputs for $60 .. I have 6 of 'em and they work great... even thru an extra mutli-port USB hub.

Google:

J-Tech Digital Multi-Display USB 2.0 to DVI/VGA/HDMI FULL HD 1080P Adapter External Video Card Link up to 6 Displays up to 1920x1080
