Here are the specs for your HP TouchSmart 520-1020 Desktop Computer. According to the specs, this modal has a Mobile PCI Express Module (MXM) socket (MXM 3.0 version: Type A, <35 watt). This slot/socket is entirely different than a PCIe x16 slot in a traditional desktop. The TouchSmart AIO computers share more in common with latops than desktops. While it may be possible to install a MXM card... it is going to be difficult, expensive, and may not work properly.
