Josfer, welcome to the forum.
I believe that you would have to install a MXM video card with the appropriate port. Here are the Product Specifications for the computer. You can find the information in the section titled "Video graphics".

You can connect an additional monitor to your TouchSmart by using a USB graphics adapter connected between your new monitor and a USB port on your TouchSmart.
A TouchSmart does not have a graphics card, and you can't add one. Therefore you don't have a monitor connector on your TouchSmart. But you do have 6 USB ports. Find out what kind of connector is on the monitor, i.e. DVI or VGA or HDMI, etc. Buy a USB graphics adapter that can connect that kind of monitor to a USB port. They can be found in most electronics stores, and run from about $40.00 on up. Setting one up is a snap, just plug it in. The software installs automatically.
One CAUTION - don't try to EXTEND your screen. The TouchSmart software is not designed to play across mulitple screens. By default Multiple Displays is set to Extend these Displays mode. Change it to Duplicate these displays and only use that mode on a TouchSmart. The Duplicate mode mirrors your desktop; good for a group to watch what is happening on one screen. Everything except the TouchSmart software works perfectly in this mode.

The units were not designed to work that way, you can use a USB to VGA adapter and extend it but you can have weird issues with the Touchsmart software.
In other words EXACTLY what Kate_Tech said

You have to go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display\Screen Resolution.
There will be a option call Multiple Displays: Choose "Extend These Displays.
You will be good to go..............
