Computer not sending information to printer?

I've had a HP F4200 series All-in-One printer for a few years now and every so often I need to uninstall and reinstall the software to get it to print again.  Recently it hasn't worked and in the printing status box it says: Error Offline Printing.  I've been trying to print a page from a website.  I'm not sure how to deal with this issue. Could it have something to do with me previously canceling a print job?  Please help,
