Hi,
I have a Pavillion notebook and a HP Photosmart 7762 printer, The printer is installed and set as default printer. When i try to print (even a test page) I get a popup message saying that the "HP Connection manager service is not installed".
My notebook is a Pavillion on WIndows 7, SP1
My version of connection manager is 4.
I have tried to use Recovery Manager (under Start--> All Programs --> HP folder) to re-install the connection manager and it always fails.
How can I use my printer?
Many thanks,
Mark

Uninstall all to HP printer software and use the Windows 7 7762 print driver.
