Custom size printing on HP Deskjet 3050 J610 printer

I cant print onto custom paper size and dont exist the "custom paper size" in the printer settings.

THIS DONT EXIST:

"Setting a custom paper size from the printer driver"

To set a custom paper size

1. Open the printer driver (see Gaining access to the printer drivers).

2. On the Paper or Paper/Quality tab, click Custom.

3. On the Custom Paper Size window, type the name of the custom paper size.

I am having the exact same issue with my HP 3050 J610.

I have the latest drivers. Is there any solution?

What you need to ensure is  that you are installing the full feature printer software and not just the basic drivers.

I have a loaner Envy 110 series printer and there is a wealth of paper sizes to choose from via the paper size dropdown menu.

Thanks for the reply, but I already have the full feature drivers and software installed. I am not getting a custom option in the drop down menu and all the check-boxes under quality settings are greyed out.

Hi there,

It seems custom print sizes may not be available with this software. However, as a workaround you could try the steps outlined in Travis_C's post here. He defines and links steps used by another customer to work around the limitation using an alternative driver. Give it a shot and let us know if it helps.
